I engaged Campbell in a consultancy role, to provide assistance on a project to migrate an existing Litmos instance (course content, users, achievements, learning paths, teams, etc) to a new and completely separate Litmos instance.
The project was driven by a corporate structure change which required migration to a new instance. Given the existing instance had been in use for over five years, by a company with more than 800 users, there was a significant amount of content and data to migrate.
Different aspects of the migration required different methods, and Campbell provided reliable (and realistic) advice on how to approach each of the migration requirements. With Campbells support and recommendations, we were able to break a very large project down to manageable workstreams, and execute the migration within the required short timeframes.
Campbell has an obvious expertise when it comes to the features/functions of Litmos, and as a consequence of being able to tap into this via his consultancy support, our migration project was a complete success.
